We have just published Private Equity Investment in the Landscape Industry-2019. We have published this report annually since 2016. The 24 page report includes a survey of all known private equity activity in the landscape industry and related businesses, including platform, follow-on and exit transactions. It also includes a guide to private equity for landscape industry business owners, including a dictionary of sometimes-confusing private equity terminology.  This is the only report of its kind.

The Value of Taking a Hard Look at Your Landscape Business - Now
It is pretty difficult to look at your own landscape business like a buyer would. But that is exactly what you should be doing, at least if you want to maximize the value of your business when it comes time to sell it.
