June 2017
To our clients and friends:

We are pleased to present this edition of Green Industry M&A News.

The private equity community has continued to pay attention to the landscape services sector. Three new platforms have been launched in the first half of 2017. Several add-on acquisitions have been completed. We have just prepared the Third Edition of our report, Private Equity Investment in The Landscape Industry, which covers transactions through June and adds coverage of venture capital deals and international activity as well. You can download a copy of the report below.

Of course, there has also been robust M&A activity in the industry not involving private equity. We have included summary information on recent merger & activity in the lawn and landscape space. We will be publishing a mid-year review in July.

As always, if you are ready to discuss your exit or transition plans or an acquisition strategy, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
Regards,

Ron Edmonds
