Skillful Living
Life-knowledge, when understood and correctly applied, enables us to effectively fulfill all of our mundane purposes and our spiritual destiny. Our mundane purposes are related to the realm of nature. They are the duties and obligations we have to ourselves, others, and the environment. Our spiritual destiny is to awaken to Self-knowledge, God-realization, and liberation of consciousness. Mundane and transcendental purposes can be fulfilled simultaneously. Skillful living frees energies and resources to be used constructively. It is the very best spiritual practice because it includes everything we do and everything of which we are aware. Spiritual awareness expands our consciousness and removes delusions (the results of intellectual errors), illusions (misperceptions), and all other life-suppressing conditions.

Live Free
In the Bhagavad Gita Krishna (enlightened consciousness) tells Arjuna (the seeking soul) to perform all actions without attachment to results, to act for the sake of acting, for one who is alive must act. You can perform every action as an act of service to life with no worries about what others think, without expectation, without concern about the outcome. Impelled to act, ever guided from within, following intuition and allowing grace to support your efforts, you can live fully in each moment. With the full awareness that it is God operating through your mind and body that performs all actions you are free from the limitations of cause and effect (karma).
