This year the McGaw YMCA will hold its Annual Meeting virtually on Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 p.m. Join us online to hear from Monique Parsons, President/CEO, and Matt Walsh, Board Chair, as they discuss McGaw’s approach for responding to the ever-changing needs of our community during the ongoing pandemic, economic instability, and racial injustices. Janine Hill, Vice Chair, will present the Association board officers for the coming year and introduce the newly elected members of the board. The meeting will include videos to celebrate McGaw YMCA staff, retiring members of the board, and some messages of appreciation from members like you.

YOGA IN THE PARK
Grab a mat and join us for Yoga in the park! Our classes incorporate meditation and breathing which can help you de-stress and improve your mental well-being. The classes are slow moving and are recommended for people with injuries, severe stiffness, or those who wish to approach yoga gradually. Space is limitedsign up online!
BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK
Join us outside for Boot Camp in the park! Discover how this 45-minute class can help you meet your personal fitness goals using a mix of calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio, and strength training. The classes rotate workouts every week and are designed to push you harder than you might push yourself. Register online to reserve your spot.
