Dear Friends of Wilbur:

The Nature Preserve, tangent to Wilbur Hot Springs, consists of 1570 acres of pristine land with miles of level, and hill, trails offering breathtaking vistas. Combined with Wilbur’s 240 acres the land provides Wilbur’s guests a safe and secure place for Being, while sitting, strolling, walking, viewing, hiking, jogging, running, biking or awing.

Wilbur accepts about 1 guest for each 30 acres.

The combination of safety, security and spaciousness facilitates the expansion of consciousness and the strengthening of general health.

When safety, security and spaciousness combine in a pristine natural environment they form prescription grade nature: RxN.

RxN is the sina qua non for spiritualpsychophysical prophylaxis (SPPP).

Native Americans of The Wintun Nation, and the rest of us, immigrant Americans, have been immersing ourselves in Wilbur’s medicinal waters, for healing purposes, for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.

Wilbur’s medicinal waters and prescription grade nature have earned their place in the history of natural healing.

Those of us who immerse ourselves in Wilbur’s waters and RxN are part of this history.

Say hello next time you visit Wilbur. We are the tall couple with the smiling eyes and laughing hearts.

With affection for each of you,

Richard

Whether we like to crochet, make music, cook or use our electronic devices, our hands are our instruments. In this workshop Robert will introduce you to a simple yet very effective sequence to keep the hands fluid and open. Most people don’t realize how much better their hands can feel and that it’s possible to have them come “alive” in a relatively short time. Prepare to be amazed!
Robert de Nies has been practicing Thai massage at Wilbur Hot Springs for fifteen years. Recently he has presented this workshop multiple times at a well-known massage school in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Robert also teaches yoga throughout the Bay Area and occasionally at Wilbur.

In this free evening workshop given by Rev. Julia Harrell, we will explore our natural spiritual abilities, how to utilize them to further our awareness in daily living, work, spiritual growth and ultimately to assist in fulfilling our purpose on our path. We all have these abilities built in and at some point in our lives we access them to different degrees whether we know about them or associate them with fancy names or not. These abilities can be harnessed to deepen ones spiritual growth or to simply gather more insight and understanding of those we love or interact with. Visit our website to find out more...

Juliet Strong is a New York City based singer-songwriter, with a background in Folk, Classical and Jazz piano and voice. With a voice like butter and a body of original, folk-soul inspired melodies, Juliet touches audiences with her depth of sound, musicality, poetic imagery and eclectic style. Juliet’s energetic sound is underscored by rhythm piano, counter melodies, vocalize, and ukulele.
She has spent years absorbing a variety of styles in a traditional folk setting, supplementing with her love of Bebop, Soul, Funk and R&B, and travel to Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Argentina. The result is a unique, infectiously uplifting sound often likened to that of Norah Jones, Carol King, and Carly Simon. Visit our website for more details.
