Fulfilling Life-Enhancing Desires
Do these things to have life-enhancing desires fulfilled with minimum effort:
- Accurately define your needs and meaningful goals and purposes. Be specific. Write them in a private notebook. Write what you can and will do to accomplish them.
- Discern the difference between necessary, life-enhancing desires and desires which are not necessary or important. Focus your attention and actions on having necessary, life-enhancing desires fulfilled. Disregard all other desires.
- At all times, be aware of the fact that you abide in the wholeness of God and that your mind is a part of a Universal Mind which is responsive to your desires and needs

Let Go and Live Free
With full awareness that it is God performing every action through your mind and body you are free from the limitations of cause and effect (karma).
In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna (enlightened consciousness) tells Arjuna (the seeking soul) “perform all actions without attachment to results.” He says, “Act for the sake of acting, for one who is alive must act.” Choose to engage in actions that support you in accomplishing your life’s purposes. With discernment and discrimination you can avoid distractions and wasting time.
With focused intention you can perform every action in your life as an act of service to life. Let go of worries about what others think and expectations about outcomes. You can live fully in each moment ever guided from within, impelled to act, following intuition and allowing grace to support your efforts.
