Solving problems is a challenge everyone faces. A great way to succeed at recovery is to develop skills to manage problems. SMART recommends that you start by using our “5 Steps of Problem Solving” which are explained in this video.

Dr. Reid Hester is a psychologist and researcher. He is the founder and director of the science division of CheckUp & Choices. Reid’s extensive research in alcohol abuse has led to professional opportunities and collaborations with many experts in the field. One long-standing partnership is with SMART Recovery.

Two Ways to Shop Online While Supporting SMART
AmazonSmile and ShopRaise
When you shop with AmazonSmile, and select SMART Recovery as your charity, Amazon will donate a portion or your eligible purchases to SMART. 

SMART is using the ShopRaise app, which gives a portion of sales to SMART when you shop online at over 1,000 stores like Macy’s, Home Depot, and Walmart.
