When the worlds were framed, when time began,
we were there.

When God came into manifestation, He came as
you and as me, and as everyone else.

He did not come as us without purpose, He came
to fulfill a marvelous plan.

When we are in harmony with our brothers and
sisters, we best express Him.

When we rest in the deep silence of the soul,
we consciously know the truth.

When our earthly sojourn is over, when God has
fulfilled Its purposes as us, we will fully awaken.

We will experience nameless, formless existence,
and God's drama as us will be complete.

For superior results, meditate on a regular, daily schedule in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Early morning, before starting your ordinary activities, is an ideal time. If early morning is not suitable because of a work schedule, family obligations, or because you are not alert after waking from sleep, any other time can be chosen. By adhering to a daily practice schedule, you will soon become proficient and have satisfying results.

Although the primary purpose of meditation practice should be to nurture spiritual growth, several side-benefits will result:

• Reduction of stress because of deep, physical relaxation.
• Ordering and calming of mental processes and emotions.
• Strengthening of the body’s immune system.
• Slowing of biologic aging processes.
• Functional improvement of the body’s organs and systems.
• Alertness and higher energy levels.
• Improved powers of concentration and of intellectual ability.
• Easier overcoming or renouncing of addictive tendencies.
• Enhanced appreciation and enjoyment of life.

Approach each practice session with optimism. If you are a new meditator, be patient results will be forthcoming.

Roy Eugene Davis Memorial Celebration
March 29, 2020
To celebrate the passing of Roy Eugene Davis on March 27, 2019 a special service and ceremony will be conducted at CSA Headquarters. The new altar has been delivered. It will remain the permanent home of Mr. Davis' ashes. It will be consecrated in the Shrine of all Faiths Meditation Temple that he personally designed, with its stained glass windows representing the world's major religions. This will be a sacred pilgrimage spot for generations to come.
Live to Selflessly Serve
I recently received a report from one of our CSA ministers regarding attendance at meetings. In the statement that only two or three were regularly showing up I detected a note of apologetic resignation.

My response was a reminder that we never know how we touch others and the effects of our efforts. When we share the light of our consciousness, our heart (essence of being), optimism, hope, joy, and good will, we improve the lives of others. Sometimes the effect is small, sometimes profound. Even if the effect is a minor change for the better, the individuals we touch interact with others and the positive change in them is passed along.  In this way our influence ripples out into the world affecting many that we never personally know.

When we share of ourselves we lose nothing, we help to illumine our world, and in the process we illumine ourselves. Every act of selfless service brings us closer to the experience of our true nature as an expression of God: inseparable, intimately interconnected with all that is, whole, and already perfect.

"The mind is purified by cultivating thoughts and feelings of friendship for others, compassion for those who are suffering, happiness for the well-being that others enjoy, and dispassion regarding what is observed".
